Nexus are currently working with one of our international law firm clients on an opportunity in their Sydney office. An opportunity exists for an enthusiastic junior/mid level lawyer with at least 2 years of experience in general banking & finance matters.
The role will see you working alongside the firms Head of Banking for Australia, as part of the firms broader Australian Finance practice. The role will offer exposure to a variety of finance disciplines including:
- Acquisition & Leveraged Financing
- Asset Financing
- Fund Financing
- General Corporate Financing
- Project Financing
You will have the opportunity to work on deals on both a domestic and international scale across various industry sectors.
To be considered for this role, you will have a minimum of 2 years post admission experience gained within a top-tier firm in any Australian jurisdiction. Overseas qualified lawyers may also be considered, although must be able to demonstrate experience advising on Australian deals.
Our client are well-established globally with approximately 50 offices worldwide. The firm are rapidly establishing themselves in the Australian market and the successful applicant will have the opportunity to play a key role in this developing team.
