Position Overview:We are currently in search of a talented and ambitious Junior to Mid-Level Asset Finance Associate to integrate into the esteemed team. Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting senior team members in providing advisory services to clients on a diverse array of asset finance transactions.

• Engaging closely with clients to comprehend their unique requirements, offering strategic advice tailored to their specific business objectives.

• Facilitating seamless collaboration with colleagues across varied jurisdictions to ensure the efficient delivery of services to clients worldwide.

Qualifications:

• A qualified solicitor possessing 1-5 years of hands-on experience in asset finance.

• Demonstrating a robust academic background

• Exhibiting exemplary drafting, analytical, and communication skills.

• Ability to function effectively both autonomously and as part of a cohesive team.

• Proficiency in English is mandatory; additional language proficiency is considered advantageous.

• Prior exposure to working within an international or cross-border environment is highly desirable.
